Foreign Minister Davutoğlu receives representatives of Crimean Associations in Turkey

On March 3, 2014, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoğlu received approximately 50 representatives from various Crimean Associations in Turkey.

At the meeting, Foreign Minister Davutoğlu pointed out that Crimean Tatars have faced great challenges in the recent past and said “Our Crimean Tatar brothers have suffered a lot and have always endured those sufferings.

They have sustained the strong tradition of our ancestors. Only few nations achieved to return to the land they were exiled from and Crimean Tatars are one of them.”
