The preparation to the International Forum is almost complete. The representatives of the European Union, OSCE, as well as many partner-states of Ukraine are interested in holding of the Forum. Ukrainian authorities have to make the last step,”- the President of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov stated, answering the questions about the process of the preparation to the International forum on the restoration of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people, ensuring their security and guaranteeing their development in Ukraine and the second meeting of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars.

Speaking about the World Congress, Refat Chubarov informed that the members of the Mejlis discussed the date and place of holding of the Congress at the meeting with the heads and representatives of Crimean Tatar diasporas, held on May 4, 2013.

“The participants of the meeting let the new members of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people and Coordinating Council of the World Congress to make the decision,”- the President of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov said. “We do our best to hold the World Congress in Autumn 2013 and fix the status of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars as the international organization in the legal framework.
