On the International Day of Protection of Children,June 1, 2011,  the Resource – Information Center “Kozaydin” in cooperation with ATR TV channel and radio Meydan organized holiday for adults and children in banquet room “Eshil Ada”. The presentation of the project “Ayneni” (lullaby) was held.

As is known, lullaby is an important and essential part of every people’s folklore. Because a newborn receives the first lesson on native language with a lullaby from its mother. The famous scientist, PhD, professor of Tumen State University Irina Karabalutova made the scientific discovery that a lullaby arouses human’s genetic memory, national identity; lay the program of his future life.

Crimean Tatar lullabies are distinguished by their special positive mood, a boy is inspired that he will be strong and healthy as a lion, and in a girl such traits as tenderness and kindness are cultivated.

Many got interested in the genre of a lullaby lately, but the head of the Center “Kozaydin” Zarema Khayredinova made a serious research. In 2008 Mrs. Khayredinova with Charity foundation “Aist” (Head, Elina Mustafaeva) supported a special project titled “Precious Heritage”. In the framework of the project Zarema–khanum collected lullabies all over Crimea and made records of old songs. Then she developed and launched the website www.aynenni.qirim.org containing materials of the expedition. The website is upgraded constantly and is visited from all over the world.

In three years Namyk Kemal Bayar, the Head of Association of culture and mutual assistance of Crimean Tatars in Ankara (Turkey) wrote Zarema Khayredinova a letter proposing her assistance in further development of the project. In conclusion the agreement was made between Center “Kozaydin” and Dernek of Ankara on creation of audio CD with lullabies.

Thus, the project started new life. The project then also joined ATR TV channel and radio Meydan. On February 20 during telethon “Ana Tili – Vatan Tili” (Native language – homeland’s language) the preparation of CD and collection of texts of lullabies illustrated by children was announced. The competition organized by ATR TV channel received more than 50 pictures 9 of which were selected. Lullabies performed by Aksana Amet Mustafa, Afize Yusuf-kizi, DJ Bebek, Mavile Umerova, Nadzhiye Yakubova were recorded in ATR studio. Server Bekirov editor of STRC “Crimea” provided records from his archive of such unique national favorites as Ediye Topchy and Sakine Nalbandova.

On the eve of the holiday the journalists of ATR channel presented a collection with CD to young and future mothers in the first maternity of Simferopol.

The holiday in “Yeshil Ada” had success. Refat Chubarov, the President of the World Crimean Tatar Congress, member of VR ARC, one of the founders of ATR channel, Shevket Memetov, deputy head of the Republican Committee on information, Zarema Khayredinova, head of Center “Kozaydin” and others spoke before the audience.

The holiday also had an exhibition of dolls of the famous painters and fashion designers such as Zarema Trasinova, Ulviye Ablaeva, Venera Kurmaeva and Zarema Khayredinova as well as gold patterns made by the pupils of Bakhchisaray national school by the guidance of the famous goldseamer Zarema Mustafaeva. Master–class on plastic modeling was also carried out for children. The young artists from ensemble “Ilkham” (inspiration) from Bakhchisaray prepared a special dance of lullaby. Aksana Amet Mustafa and Azife Usuf Kizi lighted up the holiday with their performances.

Hosts of the holiday Zarema Khayredinova and editor of ATR channel Tamila Abduvelieva made presents and collection “Ayneni” to all organizers and participants of the holiday. Then there was a traditional dance “Khoran” after that the children had sweat table with fruits, cakes, ice cream and juice.

Presents and refreshments were provided as a charitable assistance by the Chairman of Rescomnats Edem Dudakov, member of the City Council of Simferopol Sadyhk Tabakh, entrepreneur Bekir Umerov, director of “DEF” Ernest Jelyalov and workers of banquet room “Eshil Ada”. It was agreed to hold such holidays annually.
