Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv Denies a Lawsuit against M.Jemilev

On July 19, 2012 the Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv, being guided by the Art. 209 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine decided to deny the lawsuit of R.Balbek “About the protection of honor, dignity, business reputation and denial of the faithless information” against the Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, MP of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev and UNIAN Agency.

According to M.Jemilev’s representative in the court Suleiman Mamutov in compliance with the decision of the Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv the lawsuit of R.Balbek was denied.
