Refat Chubarov Has Commented on R.Kenzhaliev’s Appointment Head of Reskomnats of ARC

The avoidance of the Crimean authorities to carry the systemic dialogue both with the representative body of the Crimean Tatar people – Mejlis and Crimean Tatars – members of the councils of different levels doesn’t met the interests of multiethnic Crimean society. The First Vice Chairman of Mejlis Refat Chubarov told this to CrimeanTatars.org  in connection with the appointment of Refat Kenzhaliev the Head of Reskomnats.

He also noted that despite the appointment of the Head of Reskomnats was previously preceded by the consultations and discussions of the potential candidates to this position with Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, the Council of Ministers now considered that it is possible to do without this.

As for me I wasn’t surprised with such act of the leadership of the Council of Ministers, because it is fully corresponds to the tactics they chose: “We know ourselves how to manage Crimea. We have enough votes in the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea, as well as in the town and regional councils to adopt any decision,”- R.Chubarov said.

Answering Crimeantatars.org ‘s question about the possible dialogue with new Head of Reskomnats the First Vice Chairman answered that we need time to judge about the results of his work:

“The results of one’s work are the best criterion of every person’s activity. Let’s judge about the new Head of Reskomnats of Crimea at least in a quarter”.

In addition, R.Chubarov underscored that for the sake of people’s interests Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people has never avoided any meeting and dialogue.

We would remind you that the Head of the Republican Committee on interethnic relations and deported citizens Edem Dudakov wrote a letter of voluntary job termination.

On July 25, 2012 the Verkhovna Rada of ARC appointed Refat Kenzhaliev the Head of the Republican Committee on interethnic relations and deported citizens.

In March 2012 R.Kenzhaliev was appointed the advisor of the Crimean Prime Minister. In 2004 R.Kenzhaliev was excluded from the members of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people.
