Mustafa Jemilev Registered in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Drafts Laws on Memorial Events Timed to 100th Anniversary of I.Gasprinsky’s Death, 125th Anniversary of J. Seidamet’s Birth and 700th Anniversary of Khan Uzbek’s Mosque-Madrasah

In 2014 the memorable events timed to the 100th anniversary of I.Gasprinsky’s death, the 125th anniversary of J. Seidamet’s birth and the 700th anniversary of Khan Uzbek’s Mosque-Madrasah will be held at the national level pursuant to the drafts decisions registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Mr Mustafa Jemilev, MP of Ukraine on February 4, 2014. Mr Jemilev submitted the last document to the Parliament of Ukraine along with the MP of Ukraine Mr Vyacheslav Kirilenko. Mr Jemilev’s official website informs.
t should be noted that the Draft Decision on the memorial events timed to the 100th anniversary of I.Gasprinsky’s death recommends the Council of Ministers of Ukraine to establish the Organizing Committee, develop and adopt the plan of events on the preparation, holding and financing of the events.
In addition, the state committee on TV and radio broadcast of Ukraine was recommended to ensure media covering of the events and themed programs dedicated to the outstanding Crimean Tatar cultural and public figure, Turkic philosopher, educator, writer and publisher, the National Bank of Ukraine to make and introduce into circulation the jubilee coin timed to the 100th anniversary of I.Gasprinsky’s death and plan the issue of series of postage-stamps by Ukrpost.
The Draft Decision recommends the Council of Ministers of ARC and bodies of the local self-governance of ARC to develop the plan of the memorial events timed to the 100th anniversary of I.Gasprinsky’s death.
