Mr Steven Page Receives International Observer Certificate on Elections of Delegates of Qurultay

Mr Zair Smedlyaev, Head of the Central Election Commission on the Elections of the Delegates of the Qurultay of Crimean Tatar People met Mr Steven Page, Second Secretary of US ambassy to Ukraine in Kyiv.

Mr Alim Veliulaev, Head of the district elective commission #45 on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay in Kyiv City and Kyiv region also took part in the meeting.

During the meeting its participants discussed the issues relating to the coming elections of the delegates of Qurultay. Mr Steven Page noted that the US Embassy follows closely the situation in Crimea.

The Head of CEC of Qurultay thanked Mr Page for his willingness to take part in the elections of the delegates of the Qurultay of Crimean Tatar People and gave him the certificate of the international observer.

Note:The elections will be held in the premises of Radisson Blue Hotel (22 Yaroslavov Val Str., Kyiv, Zoloti Vorotametro station.

The polling station will work from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
