Mr Jemilev Assured that Crimean Tatars Won’t Leave Peninsular

The Crimean Tatars won’t leave the peninsular. Mustafa Jemilev said this it today’s TSN news broadcast at 7:30 p.m.

Ex-Chairman of the Mejlis assured that there is no such trend. He added that the Crimean Tatars have not been fighting during 50 years for the return to their homeland to escape it now. On the contrary, the Crimean television calls not to make steps back and die here if anything.

Mr Jemilev also expressed his opinion concerning the new passports. In case Russia will forcible distribute them the Crimean Tatars will just have to use the Russian passports just to live some way. But this could split the community.

“Russian pensions are twice as big compared to Ukrainian ones. It is easy to reflect on lofty matters, saying that we don’t need them! But people who barely make ends meet hardly can’t help taking advantage of this possibility. It could split the Crimean Tatar people,”- Mr Jemilev noted.

It will be recalled that Mustafa Jemilev informed that he doesn’t have information concerning the ban from visiting Crimea, but he prepares “a surprise” for the illegitimate authorities.
