Mejlis Members Confirmed Documents Approved in Principle at 1st Session by Delegates of Qurultay of 6th Convocation

On November 5, 2013, the members of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People during the consideration of the agenda of the meeting of the Mejlis “On the documents of the first session of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People of the 6^th convocation” adopted the documents in the final wording taken for a basis by the delegates of the Qurultay of the 6^th convocation at the 1^st session of the Qurultay held on October 26-28, 2013 in Aqmescit.

We would remind you that the delegates of the Qurultay of the 6^th convocation ordered the newly elected composition of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People to adopt at the nearest meeting the draft documents taken for the basis at the 1^st session of the Qurultay of the 6^th convocation.

At this the members of the Mejlis adopted the following documents presented by the chairman of the Editorial Commission of the Qurultay of the 6^th convocation Mr Bekir Mamutov.

1. Address of the Qurultay (convention) of the Crimean Tatar People to the President of Ukraine Mr Yanukovych “On giving the twice hero of the Soviet Union Amet-Khan Sultan to the international airport “Simferopol”;

2. Address of the Qurultay (convention) of the Crimean Tatar People to the President of Ukraine Mr Yanukovych “On adoption of the State program of return of the nationals – Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars living abroad to Ukraine.
