Meeting of Organizing Committee on Preparation of 4th Session of Qurultay of Crimean Tatar People of 5th Convocation

The members of the Organizing Committee on Preparation of 4^th Session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People of 5^th Convocation met on July 5, 2012.

The meeting was chaired by the First Vice-Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov.

During the meeting the members of the Organizing Committee approved the final draft of the preliminary agenda of the 4^th session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation. They also discussed the plan of events on preparation to the 4^th session of the national convention.

The meeting heard the reports of persons, responsible for preparation and implementation of the events, as well as the degree of their readiness. The members of the Organizing Committee have already prepared and delivered the invitations to the honored guests of the session of Qurultay.

In compliance with the regulations of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people in the nearest future all the delegates will receive the invitations with the rough draft agenda of the 4^th session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation.

The collection of the documents of the 2^nd and 3^rd session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation is to be published. The order of informing and accreditation of journalists, as well as a range of other events was considered.

In conclusion of the meeting the particular orders and terms of their execution were adopted.

Reference: The fourth session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation will be held on July 21-22, 2012 in Simferopol.

In compliance with the regulations of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people the Organizing Committee is established by Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people to prepare the session of Qurultay.

The coming 4^th session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation allegedly to consider the following questions:

–          the coming election of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation,

–          the coming election of the MPs of Ukraine,

–          Crimean Tatar National Anthem

The final agenda of the session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people is to be approved at the session of Qurultay by voting.
