Jamala’s Performance Will Brighten UP Hydyrlez Festival

According to the Head of the organizational committee Emine Avamileva, in the framework of the preparation to the national Crimean Tatar festival Hydyrlez, that will be held on May 6, 2013 next to the cultural-entertaining center “Shakherezada” (25^th kilometer of Simferopol – Bakhchisaray road), the executives of the Charity organization “Foundation for Development of Crimea” decided to sponsor and organize the concert of the well-known pop Ukrainian singer Jamala, timed to the all-Crimean festival Hydyrlez.

The well-known Ukrainian singer Jamala with her band will give one hour concert. According to the executives of the Foundation for Development of Crimea this project is implemented with the participation of the “Association of Crimean Tatars in Kyiv.”

We would remind you that the celebration of Hydyrlez festival includes the bright and unforgettable concert program with the national folklore ensembles, handcraftsmanship fair, pigeon’s exhibition, spectacular contests on national wrestling “Quresh”, arm wrestling, horse race, tug-of-war, as well as the special park amusements for kids.

The organizational committee invites the residents of Crimea and guests from the whole Ukraine, irrespective of their nationality and religion, to take part in this large-scale all-Crimean event and indulge into the festive mood of spring.
