First Vice Chairman of Mejlis Refat Chubarov Takes Part in Work of Forum of Organizations of Meskhetian Turks

The First Vice Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, the President of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov takes part in the work of the Forum of Organizations of Meskhetian Turks.

The Forum, held in Boltu town (Turkey), represents the organizations of Meskhetian Turks from nine countries, including the representatives of the International public organization of Meskhetian Turks “Batan” from Russia.

The First Vice Chairman of Mejlis Refat Chubarov to speak in one of the plenary sessions. On request of Forum’s organizers Refat Chubarov to tell about the self-organization of Crimean Tatars on the eve and in the first years after the return.
