Delegation of Mejlis Visits City Hall of Constantia and Cemetery Where Saladin Adzhiakay was Buried

On June 25, 2012 the delegation of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, including Ali Hamzin, Zaur Smirnov, Bekir Ganiev, the Head of the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania Jelil Eserejep, candidate to the MPs of Rumania Varol Amet, General Secretary of the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania Aydun Kurt-Molla, Deputies Chairman of the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania Birol Ibadula, Demirel Kayali, Nadzhi Jelyal were received by the Deputy Major of Constantia Detsebal Fagadai.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues, relating to the closer cooperation between Crimea and Constantia. There are Crimean Tatar settlements in the administrative territory more known as Dobrujea.

After the meeting there was a Press Conference in the office of the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania, attended by Rumanian Mass Media that was carries out by the candidate to the MPs of Rumania from the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania Varol Amet. The delegation of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people also took part in the Press Conference.

On the same day the delegation of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people along with the candidate to the MPs of Rumania from the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania Varol Amet visited the central Muslim cemetery in Constantia where they honored the memory, reading dua (prayer) for the passed Saladin Adzhiakay – the Honored President of the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania, died in December 2010.

During the dinner, given by the Head of the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania in the honor of the delegation of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people the delegation’s members had a talk with the MP of Rumania Aledin Amet who couldn’t took part in the Congress of the Democratic Union of Turk-Tatars of Rumania.
