Court of Appeal of ARC Honored a Claim of Press-Secretary of Mejlis’ Leader on Decision of Court of Central District of Simferopol and Denied Ametov Enver’s Suit

On October 15, 2012 the Court of Appeal of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, considering the appeal of the Press Secretary of Mejlis’ Leader Liliya Muslimova and her advocate Ekaterina Mamutova, adopted the decision to cancel the decision of the Court of the Central district of Simferopol of August 21, 2012 on the civil case under the suit of Enver Ametovagainst Liliya Muslimova on protection of honor, dignity and indemnity of moral damage.

The judge Bereschanskaya I.I., chairing at the court’s session stated, reading the decision of the consideration of Liliya Muslimova’s appeal, that the court denies Enver Ametov’s suit as well.
