Member of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Mr Abduraman Egiz Made Report at Session of Pan-European Working Group of European Parliament in Strasburg

On January 14, 2014, Mr Abduraman Egiz, member of the Mejlis made the report at the session of the Pan-European Working Group of the European Parliament.

He spoke about the significance of the participation of the International community to promote the Government of Ukraine in cinducting the International Forum. In conclusion of his report Mr Egiz answered the MEPs’ questions.

During the debates the MEPs discussed the possible variants of the participation of the European Parliament in the overcoming of the consequences of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people.

He also proposed the mechanisms supporting Ukraine’s initiatives in the implementation of the projects aimed at the solution of the most urgent problems faced by the indigenous people of Crimea.
