Mustafa Jemilev, MP of Ukraine Submits Proposals to Draft Law of Ukraine «On State Budget of Ukraine 2014»
On December 19, 2013, the Government of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the Draft Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine 2014”.
Due to the insufficient financing provided in the drat budget for the return and resettlement of the deported Crimean Tatar people and other citizens deported on the ethnic grounds that returned to Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev, MP of Ukraine submitted the deputy address to Mr Geller, Chairman of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Mr Azarov, Prime Minister of Ukraine.
In his address Mr Jemilev noted that during the last years the events on the return and resettlement of the deportees didn’t received 150 millions Hryvnas from the state budget of Ukraine, as well as that the expenses planned in the budget for 2014 comprise only 2.47% of the expenses provided in the State program.
Mr Jemilev, MP of Ukraine proposed increasing the budget expenses on 2014 for the items mentioned up to 208 millions Hryvnas.
The MP of Ukraine drew the officials’ attention to the personal responsibility for an underfunding of the events and possible social – economical consequences.
