Chairman of Mejlis Refat Chubarov Conducts Working Meeting with His Deputies

On November 29, 2013, Mr Refat Chubarov, Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People conducted the working meeting with his deputies – Mr Zaur Smirnov, Mr Akhtem Chiygoz, Mr Nariman Jelil and Mr Ayder Adzhimambetov.

Mr Dilyaver Akiev, Head of the Secretariat at the Mejlis also joined the meeting.

During the meeting the Chairman of the Mejlis announced the schedule of field broad working meetings for December this year attended by the leaders of the Mejlis and the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Crimea in 10 regions of Crimea. “For the last month we plan holding meetings with the regional and local mejlises, as well as the members of the local councils and delegates of the Qurultay of the 6^th convocation to discuss a broad range of issues,”- Mr Chubarov explained. At this the Chairman of the Mejlis drew attention that the heads of all departments of the Mejlis will take an active part in the mentioned meetings.

In addition, the participants of the meeting discussed the organization of the all-Crimean meeting timed to the International Human Rights Day to take place in Simferopol on December 10, 2013.

The Chairman of the Mejlis addressed Mr Zaur Smirnov ordering him to do all the work required with the heads of the regional and local mejlises, deputy corps and delegates of the Qurultay to make them informing timely all the nationals about the all-Crimean meeting.
