On November 21, 2013, Third Annual Meeting Between Mejlis and Heads of Diplomatic Missions and International Organizations Accredited in Ukraine Takes Place in Kyiv

On November 21, 2013, the third annual meeting of Mejlis with Heads of the diplomatic missions and International organizations accredited in Ukraine will be held in Kyiv.

As reported, on October 27, 2013, the new composition of the supreme representative executive body of the Crimean Tatar people – Milli Mejlis was formed at the 1st session of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People.

The heads of the diplomatic missions of EU states, Turkey, USA, Canada, Asia and Asia-Pacific regions, Russia, Japan, heads of the missions and offices of the UN, EU, OSCE, IOM, WTO, WHO, UNISEF, OSCE HCNM were invited to take part in the event.

In the framework of the meeting of the Mejlis leaders with the diplomatic missions of the states and offices of the international organizations accredited in Ukraine the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Mr Refat Chubarov will give the briefing to let Mass Media know the new chairman and members of the Mejlis, as well as the “history of the diplomatic and international relations of the Crimean Tatars” during the presentation prepared by the Crimean historical museum “La Riches” (Bakhchisaray).

The official organizer of the meeting is the charitable organization “Foundation for Development of Crimea”, the partner is “Crimean International Business Association”.

The briefing takes place on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at 3.30 p.m. in Kyiv in Hyatt Regency Kyiv Hotel (5, Tarasova Str.)
