Chairman of Mejlis Mr Refat Chubarov Meets Chairman of Council of Ministers of AR Crimea Mr Anatoly Mogilev

On November 7, 2013, Mr Refat Chubarov, Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, MP of VR ARC met with Mr Anatoly Mogilev, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of ARC.
During the meeting Mr Mogilev and Mr Chubarov discussed a range of issues demanding the cooperation and joint efforts.
The proposals relating to the draft budget of Ukraine 2014 were discussed among these issues. At this, Mr Refat Chubarov proposed the Government of Crimea supporting the proposal of the Ministry of the Social Policy of Ukraine on allocation of 197 million UAH in State Budget of Ukraine 2014 for settlement of the Crimean Tatars and persons belonging to other nationalities.
As is known, MP of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev earlier made the same proposal to the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Mr Mogilev and Mr Chubarov also discussed the prospects of holding the International forum on restoration of Crimean Tatars’ rights timed to the 70th anniversary of the tragic deportation of the Crimean Tatar people. The Head of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Mr Mogilev expressed his vision on the forms of using the international assistance for the development of Crimea and wellbeing of its citizens.
In addition, a range of other issues were discussed and the parties expressed their approaches to their solution.
In conclusion of the meeting the agreement on continuation of the dialogue was reached.
