Candidates to Delegates of Qurultay of the 6th Convocation in Multimandate Majoritarian Election District in Bakhchisaray Received Certificates of Official Participation in Elections

On March 23, 2013 Bakhchisaray district election commission #2 on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay gave the certificates to 10 registered candidates to the delegates of Qurultay of the 6^th convocation.

This news spread by the Press service of the CEC on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the 6^th convocation.

In compliance with the Records of the meeting, Bakhchisaray district election commission #2 made the decision “On registration of the candidates to the delegates in the multimandate majoritarian election district” and registered the following persons as the candidates to the delegates of Qurultay of the 6^th convocation:

Mustafa Jemilev – Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, MP of Ukraine;

Seytosan Saliev – delegate of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation, member of Bakhchisaray regional council;

Asan Abduramanov – delegate of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation;

Mustafa Mustafaev – member of Bakhchisaray town council;

Edem Dudakov – delegate of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation, ex-Chairman of Reskomnats ARC;

Enver Umerov – delegate of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation and member of Bakhchisaray town council;

Marlen Bilyalov – member of Bakhchisaray town council, Head of dental clinic in Bakhchisaray;

Ervin Ibragimov – member of Bakhchisaray town council, senior expert of financial – economical department of agricultural and industrious development of Bakhchisaray regional state administration;

Ernes Mustafaev – delegate of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5^th convocation, member of Bakhchisaray town council;

Asan Charukhov – member of the Board of public organization “Yashlar Shurasy”, orthopedist- traumatologist.

The Head of Bakhchisaray district election commission #2 on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay Hatidzhe Suleymanova informed the candidates to the delegates of Qurultay that in compliance with the schedule of the main organizational events on the preparation and holding of the elections of the delegates of Qurultay in Bakhchisaray region, the official beginning of the election campaign starts after the registration of the delegate and ends in 24 hours before the day of the elections.

The Head of the district commission also reminded the candidates that in compliance with the “Provisions on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people” every participant has the right to nominate him to the members of the district election commissions to be formed at least in 30 days before the day of the elections.

The Head of Bakhchisaray regional Mejlis Akhtem Chiygoz addressed the candidates to the delegates of the national convention wishing them all active and productive work with the electorate and reminded that on April 27, 2013 there will be 5 district election commissions in the territory of Bakhchisaray district election commission #2 where the electors could vote from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In his turn the Leader of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Jemilev informed that the representatives of various international organizations, that already confirmed their readiness to send their observers to the elections of the delegates of Qurultay, will observe the course of the elections to the national convention.

The central election commission also addressed the heads and members of the District election commissions asking them to inform about the date of giving certificates to the candidates to the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people to make it public via the Mass Media.
