Organization «Yashlar Shurasy» Will Take Part in Elections of Delegates of Qurultay of the 6th Convocation

The members of the public organization “Yashlar Shurasy” decided on its regular general meeting to take part in the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 6^th convocation.

“The organization rejected participation in any unions and blocks. It also rejected any financial patronage in the election campaign. It took an independent vector and acts as a single independent force, representing youth,”- members of “Yashlar Shurasy” underscored.

The top 5 candidates of the list of the delegates of Qurultay from the youth organization “Yashlar Shurasy” in single mandate election district ranks:

•  Lawyer, member of the Revision commission of Yashlar Shurasy – Dilyaver Akiev;
•  Doctor, orthopedist-traumatic surgeon, member of the Board of Yashlar Shurasy – Asan Charukhov;
• Economist, member of the Board of Yashlar Shurasy – Adile Memetova;
• Engineer, Yashlar Shurasy member – Mustafa Abdurafiev;

• Student of Crimean state Medical University, Yashlar Shurasy member – Elmi Shishmanov.

The slogan of the youth organization Yashlar Shurasy is: “New generation – new ideas – efficient actions”. The delegates, representing this organization plan to carry the fruitful and active work in Qurultay of the 6^th convocation under this slogan.

Yashlar Shurasy developed the special program of its main activity, including the following items:

1.      Renewing the bodies of the national self-governance;

2.      Promotion of the national and cultural values of Crimean Tatars;

3.      Efficient representation of Crimean Tatars in all bodies of the authority;

4.      Protection of Crimean Tatars’ rights;

5.      Uniting the people on the grounds of patriotism.

The main resource of the organization is its members – active, honest, patriotic youth that care the destiny of their people.

The candidates, entering the list include lawyers, doctors, economists, engineers, students, teachers, cooks and representatives of other professions, united by their patriotism and huge love to their Homeland, willingness to work for the well-being of its people.

As is known, the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the 6^th convocation will be held soon. The elections will be held according to the new election system in compliance with the Provisions “On the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people” of Jan 1, 2013.

According to the schedule the beginning of the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people will start;

In Bakhchisaray, Qurman and Aqmescit regions on February 25, 2013;

In Aqyar, Dzhankoy, Qarasubazar and Ichki regions on February 26, 2013.
