Today Every Crimean Resident Must Think About How Far Events Could Go If Any Group Will Think That It Has Right To Execute Decisions of Ukrainian Courts

The First Vice Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Head of the Parliamentary faction “Qurultay-Rukh” in the Verkhovna Rada of ARC Refat Chubarov stated this at his press conference, titled: “Two provocations during one night… Who and why wants to blast the situation in Crimea?” held on December 4, 2012.

“Today we don’t examine the essence of the land issue and don’t speak about the position of every party of the conflict. We talk about the form and procedures of executing the court’s decision with the public or political organizations drawing into the situation,” – The First Vice Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov underscored, commenting on the destruction of the constructions in Crimean Tatar “protest camp” at night on December 1 next to Molodezhnoe settlement in Simferopol region.

Just imagine that any other organization, saying “Adalet” would go at 2 o’clock at night to “restore justice”, having the decision of court, or imagine that there could be something that could lead to the serious consequences than we have after the events that took place at night on November 30 – December 1, 2012, – Refat Chubarov said. Today every Crimean resident has to think about how far the events could go if any group will think that it has right to execute the decisions of Ukrainian courts”.
