DECISION
Of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people
“On Revocation of Authority of Delegates of 5th Qurultay”

Hearing the records #2 of the Credentials Committee of the 5th Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of July 21, 2012, suggesting on revocation of the authority of the delegate of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people in compliance with the items 2.3 and 5.6 of the Regulations of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people and article 3 of the “Regulations on the status of the delegate of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people,”

Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people decided:

On revocation of the authority of 9 delegates of the 5th Qurultay for violation of the decision of the 3rd session of the 5th Qurultay “On the election of the MPs of the VR ARC, local councils and village, settlement and town heads” of August 29, 2012:

1.    Abdurefiev Remzi, the delegate from Alushta region;

2.    Ablyakimov Ernes, the delegate from Simferopol region;

3.    Ametov Daniyal, the delegate from the public organization “Avdet”;

4.    Ametov Kamil, the delegate from Simferopol region;

5.    Balbek Ruslan, the delegate from Sudak region;

6.    Ibadulaev Damir, the delegate from Chernomorsk region;

7.    Izmailova Resude, the delegate from Chernomorsk region;

8.    Nemetulaev Seyitumer, the delegate from Kherson region;

9.    Suleymanov Enver, the delegate from Leninsk region;
