First Vice-Chairman of Mejlis Refat Chubarov Has Congratulated Handicraftsman Rustem Maksudov’s Family on Birth of a Daughter

The family of Rustem and Lilya Maksudovs lives in Dzhankoy region. Rustem bey is handicapped due to an industrial accident he had his legs injured badly. Rustem Maksudov is famous as a brilliant handicraftsman. He is a usual participant and winner of various competitions. His works are highly appreciated by collectors and museums’ experts.

His wife Lilya is a true keeper of hearthand a caring mother. This wonderful family had their second daughter lately. They gave her a rare Crimean Tatar name Sebba. Now their elder daughter Zera (4^th grade pupil) has her beloved sister,”- Refat Chubarov wrote on his personal webpage on Facebook.

The First Vice-Chairman of Mejlis, member of the VR ACR R.Chubarov thanked the entrepreneurs from Yevpatoriya Zeynura and Dilyara Yakubovs, Dilyaver Mambetov, advisor of the Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ismet Uksel, journalist of newspaper “Yani Dun’ya” Zera Bekirova, members of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Sadykh Tabakh, Islyam Khalilov, Ruslan Kurtseitov, Head of Dzhankoy Regional Mejlis Rustem Ennanov, member of Dzhankoy Regional Mejlis Enver Kasymov for their hearty congratulations and presents to Maksudovs’ family in connection with birth of their baby.
