M.Jemilev Visits Grave of Outstanding Crimean Tatar Writer Cengiz Dagci

On November 6, 2011 on the first day of the sacred Muslim holiday Kurban Bayram, after the morning prayer in the mosque of the 6th district of Bakhchisaray, the Chairman of Mejlis Mustafa Jemilev visited Alushta where he was invited to take part in the ceremonial opening of Crimean Tatar cultural center “Chatyr-Dag”.

After that the leader of Mejlis M.Jemilev along with the Chairman of the Crimean Tatar society of culture and mutual assistance of Kodzhaeli town (Turkey) Ibraim Aradzhi visited the Muslim cemetery of Qiziltash village (Krasnokamenka) next to Yalta where the famous writer-novelist Cengiz Dagci was buried on October 2, 2011.

Staying near his grave Mustafa Jemilev and Ibraim Aradzhi, as well as all the present prayed for the late Cengiz Dagci.

One should note that Ibraim Aradzhi gave 230 sheep on behalf of the Crimean Tatar society of culture and mutual assistance of Kodzhaeli town (Turkey) to Crimean Tatars, living in various regions of Crimea, including the residents of Cengiz Dagci’s antive village Qiziltash, on occasion of the great holiday Kurban Bayram.
