Chairman of Mejlis Has Attended Exhibition of Architectural Designs of Buyuk Juma Jami

The Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people has visited the exhibition, presenting the architectural designs of Buyuk Juma Jami, made by 11 architects – designers from Crimea, Kazakhstan and Turkey. The architectural designs are made in different styles, such as: “Ottoman”, “Iranian” and modern buildings with the elements of Central Asian style.

The leader of Mejlis along with the Head of the Department of Foreign Relations of Mejlis Ali Khamzin, Head of the Secretariat of Mejlis Zair Smedlyaev and Turkish guests, making the cultural visit to Crimea, headed by the Chairman of Crimean Tatar Society of Culture and Mutual Assistance in Bursa (Turkey) Adnan Suen, examined with great interest the exposition that is to function since 12 till 19 September, 2011 in the Republican Library named after I.Franko.

Every participant of the exhibition could express one’s impressions, wishes and recommendations, as well as to vote for the design he/she liked by filling in the blank that will be available at the exhibition.
