Head of Mejlis M.Jemilev expressed his condolences to Norway

Chairman of Mejlis Mustafa Jemilev expressed his condolences to His Majesty King Harald V of Norway in connection with the tragic events that took place in Oslo and on the island Uteya on July 22

Your Majesty

In these mournful days that befell on Norway, let me express on behalf of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people and myself our sincere condolences to the families and close people of the victims of the appalling crime, committed in Oslo and on the island Uteya and express our sympathy and wishes of the soonest recovery to all injured.

We are sure that in spite of the great shock, the Norwegian people could stand this trial with inherent them self-restraint and courage, holding true to the ideals of justice, goodness and philanthropy.

Please, accept our assurances of solidarity with the Norwegian people in this hard time.

Note: On July 22, 2011 Norway was hit by a double terror attack. A bomb in the car killed seven people in Norway’s capital Oslo on Friday and few hours later a gunman opened fire at a youth camp of the Labour party on an island Uteya killing many teenagers mainly 14 – 19 years old.

According to Mass Media the general number of died in the result of the double terror attack in Norway reached 93 people.
