{"id":47341,"date":"2014-03-29T17:13:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-29T14:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/qtmm.org\/?p=47341"},"modified":"2022-02-01T17:14:46","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T14:14:46","slug":"second-special-session-of-qurultay-of-the-crimean-tatar-people-of-6th-convocation-opens-in-bakhchisaray","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qtmm.org\/en\/second-special-session-of-qurultay-of-the-crimean-tatar-people-of-6th-convocation-opens-in-bakhchisaray\/","title":{"rendered":"Second Special Session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People of 6th Convocation Opens in Bakhchisaray"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 29, 2014, the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0special session of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People of the 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0convocation opened in Bakhchisaray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening the session of the Qurultay of the 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0convocation the Chairman of the Mejlis Refat Chubarov informed that 234 delegates of the Qurultay registered at the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Refat Chubarov, his vices Akhtem Chiygoz, Zaur Smirnov, Ayder Adjimambetov, Nariman Jelyal, Mufti of Muslims of Crimea hajji Emirali Ablaev and chairman of the Revision Commission of the Qurultay Ali Ozenbash entered the Presidium of the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0special session of the Qurultay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia Ravil Gaynutdinov attended the session of the Qurultay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Crimean Tatar national anthem \u201cAnt Etkenmen\u201d (\u201cI swore\u201d) opened the Qurultay session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mufti of Muslims of Crimea, Hajji Emirali Ablaev traditionally blessed the work of the Qurultay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegates of the Qurultay elected the working bodies of the Qurultay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elvedin Chubarov, Nariman Jelyal, Bekir Mamutov, Teifuk Gafarov and Shevket Kaibullaev entered the Editorial Committee in accordance with the decision of the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegates of the national convention also approved the Secretariat of the session comprising of Dilyaver Akiev, Shefiqa Abduramanova, Murat Ayzydzhiev, Dinara Seytgazieva and Gayana Yuksel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegates of the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;special session of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People of the 6<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;convocation approved the agenda of the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The graft agenda including the item \u201cOn public and political situation in Crimea and tasks of the bodies of the national self-governance of the Crimean Tatar people\u201d was taken as a basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the adoption of the agenda the Chairman of the Mejlis Refat Chubarov made report on the public and political situation in Crimea and tasks of the bodies of the national self-governance of the Crimean Tatar people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addressing the delegates of the Qurultay of the 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0convocation, the Chairman of the Mejlis Refat Chubarov underscored that the draft resolution of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People\u00a0<strong>\u201cOn the implementation of the Crimean Tatar people\u2019s right to self-determination in their historical territory \u2013 Crimea\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to be discussed and adopted today, the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People announces officially to all parties about\u00a0<strong>\u201cthe beginning of the political and legal procedures to establish the national-territorial autonomy of the Crimean Tatar people in their historical territory \u2013 Crimea.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On March 29, 2014, the 2nd\u00a0special session of the Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People of the 6th\u00a0convocation opened in Bakhchisaray.
