It was&nbsp;mounted&nbsp;on the wall of the city railway station.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following delegates participated in this ceremonial opening:&nbsp;Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Ilmi Umerov; First Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Emine Dzeppar; Deputy Chairman of the Chernihiv&nbsp;Regional&nbsp;State Administration&nbsp;\u2013Romanova Natalia&nbsp;Andreevna; Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism,&nbsp;Nationalities and Religions of the Chernihiv&nbsp;RegionalState Administration&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Levochko Olexandr Volodymyrovych; heads of the Ichnya and Koropsky District State Administrations;&nbsp;Chairmen&nbsp;of the District&nbsp;Rada&nbsp;and the United Territorytorial Communities&nbsp;of&nbsp;Ichnya;&nbsp;Chairman of the&nbsp;public organization&nbsp;&#8221;&nbsp;The Ukrainian initiative &#8221;&nbsp;\u2013Kosenko&nbsp;Yuriy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The local community prepared for&nbsp;thir&nbsp;guests a rich program, but the real gift was the live performance by the regional choral collective of the National Anthem of the Crimean Tatar People &#8220;Ant etkenmen&#8221;, the words of which&nbsp;was written by&nbsp;Noman Celebidzhikhan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ilmi Umerov in his speech thanked all Ichnya citizens for such a warm welcome, conveyed a greeting from the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People \u2013 Refat Chubarov, and reminded of the struggle for the liberation of the occupied territories of Ukraine.&nbsp;&#8220;Only together by joint efforts, we will be able to&nbsp;get over&nbsp;a common enemy,&nbsp;as before, here in Konotop,&#8221;&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;said the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the railway&nbsp;station&nbsp;building,&nbsp;Yu. Kosenko, in his lecture gave an information that N. Chelebidzhikhan had visited the station several times during his trips to St. Petersburg and even tried&nbsp;the&nbsp;local&nbsp;pies&nbsp;with cabbage,&nbsp;about which&nbsp;he wrote in one of his diaries. After this, all guests tried the same pies, the recipe of which, according to Kosenko, for hundred years did not change at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In&nbsp;return, the Crimean Tatars presented&nbsp;to&nbsp;the Leaders of the region&nbsp;the&nbsp;commemorative coins in honor of the 100th anniversary of the First Qurultai of the Crimean Tatar People and a ceramic plate&nbsp;of&nbsp;the well-known master-ceramist,&nbsp;Rustem Skibin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants became the conclusion of the visit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, in Ichnya town&nbsp;of Chernihiv region a commemorative plaque in honor of the outstanding Crimean Tatar political figure,&nbsp;Noman Chelebidzhikhan, was opened.
