Mykola Baltazhy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Bulgaria, said the welcoming speech in the beggining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion took the format of a Round Table. Besides the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People the executive director of the Institute for Regional and International Studies Ognyan Minchev, a political scientist Daniel Smilov and other well-known experts in the field of conflictology and international law took part in it.
