Local mejlises along with the Muslim ummahs are suggested collecting a certain amount of money establishing thus their own budget. Funds of this budget to be spent for the solution of the local problems and give regular account of all the expenses made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. The regional and local mejlises to conduct meetings with participation of the electors to preset the activity reports for the passed year. The members of Milli Mejlis and local delegates of the Qurultay are suggested to take part in these meetings whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Every representative of the Qurultay is suggested to enter one of the boards of Milli Mejlis. One of the members of the regional mejlises to be appointed a responsible for the communication and cooperation with every board of Milli Mejlis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Subscription to the newspaper \u201cQirim\u201d &amp; \u201cAvdet\u201d as well as magazine \u201cArman\u00e7\u0131q\u201d is highly welcomed.
