On November 5, 2013, during the consideration of the structure of the Mejlis and its executive bodies at the meeting of the Mejlis, the members of the Mejlis adopted anonymously the decision to form the Presidium of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Presidium consists of 14 people:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Mr Refat Chubarov<\/strong> \u2013 Chairman of the Mejlis;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Mr Ayder Adzhimambetov<\/strong>\u2013 Vice Chairman of the Mejlis, Head of the Department of relations with the veterans of the Crimean Tatar national movement, public organizations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Mr Nariman Dzhelyal –<\/strong>Vice <\/strong>Chairman of the Mejlis, Head of the Informational \u2013 analytical department;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Mr Aslan Omer Qirimli<\/strong>– Vice <\/strong>Chairman of the Mejlis, Head of the Department of external economic relations, investments and development of the national economy;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Mr Zaur Smirnov – <\/strong>Vice <\/strong>Chairman of the Mejlis, Head of the Department of work with national self-governance bodies, state executive power of Crimea, local self-governance bodies, deputies of councils of all levels;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Mr Ahtem Chiygoz<\/strong>– Vice <\/strong>Chairman of the Mejlis;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. Ms Emine Avamileva<\/strong>– Head of the Department of education in Crimean Tatar language and introduction of Crimean Tatar language in all areas of state and public life of Crimea;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. Mr Dilyaver Akiev<\/strong>\u2013 Head of the Secretariat of the Mejlis;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9. Mr Teifuk Gafarov<\/strong>– Head of the Legal department;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 10. Mr Bekir Mamutov<\/strong> – Head of the Department of culture, history and spiritual life;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 11. Mr Sdykh Tabakh<\/strong> – Head of the Department of land and natural resources of Crimea;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 12. Mr Ali Hamzin<\/strong> – Head of the Department of foreign relations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 13. Ms Gayana Yuksel<\/strong> – Head of the Department of development of Crimean Tatar Mass Media;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 14.
