One of them is the necessity to perform an additional&nbsp;<em>forensic<\/em>medical&nbsp;<em>exam<\/em>ination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Alexander Lesovoy, Mr Haiser Jemilev\u2019s advocate told that \u201cthe additional&nbsp;<em>forensic<\/em>medical&nbsp;<em>exam<\/em>ination didn\u2019t start yet, but it will be performed. The investigation will decide where the&nbsp;<em>exam<\/em>ination should be performed. Itwon\u2019tbeCrimea. ItcouldbeKharkovorKyiv. They will choose the facility that will be able to perform all the examinations quicker, considering the need to observe both the reasonable terms of the investigation and reasonable terms of the arrest of the suspect.\u201d Earlier, the Crimean Republican Psychiatric Hospital failed to diagnose Mr Haiser Jemilev.
