The following items were included into the agenda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Registration of the list of candidates to the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people, proposed by the public organization Community of Crimean Tatars \u201cInkishaf\u201d, public organization \u201cCrimean federation of the national fighting \u201cKuresh\u201d and election block Qardashlyk Karasu- QYM (Q\u0131r\u0131m Ya\u015flar merkezi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Announcement of the date of the elections of the delegates in the multimandate majoritarian election districts and approving of the schedule of the main events on the preparation and holding of the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people in Simferopol city, Simferopol, Yevpatoriya, Zaporozhe and Yalta regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. On the course of the election process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Examining the document submitted under the first item, the members of the commission made the decision to register: list of candidates to the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people, submitted by the public organization Community of Crimean Tatars \u201cInkishaf\u201d, pointing at a range of signed pages that were not made in due order, the voting list of the public organization \u201cCrimean federation of the national fighting \u201cKuresh\u201d and voting list of the election block Qardashlyk Karasu- QYM (Q\u0131r\u0131m Ya\u015flar merkezi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hearing the information of the Head of the CEC Zair Smedlyaev on the second item the decision was made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. To fix the date of the beginning of the election process on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.1 inSimferopol city, Simferopol, Yevpatoriya, Zaporozhe regions on April 10 ,2013;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.2 inYalta region on April 16, 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. To fix the date of holding of the elections (day of elections) of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.1 inSimferopol city, Simferopol, Yevpatoriya, Zaporozhe regions on June 9, 2013;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.2 inYalta region on June 15, 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. To fix the schedule of the main organizational events on the preparation and holding of the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people in Simferopol city, Simferopol, Yevpatoriya, Zaporozhe and Yalta regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Incompliance with the items 2, 3 of the Article 12 of the \u201cRegulations on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people\u201d the schedule of the main organizational events on the preparation and holding of the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people in Simferopol city, Simferopol, Yevpatoriya, Zaporozhe and Yalta regions will be published in Mass Media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Considering the third item the members of the commission reported about the course of the election process in the following regions: Bakhchisaray, Krasnogvardeysk, Belogorsk, Dzhankoy, Sovetsky, Sevastopol and Chernomosrky regions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
