He was really happy when Crimean Tatars started returning to their Homeland in late 80-es of the 20<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;century and spoke for the full restoration of the rights of the indigenous people of Crimea\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mikhail Goryn underscored all the time the importance of the interrelation and unity between the national-democratic forces of Ukraine and Crimean Tatar national movement for the development of the independent Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOne couldn\u2019t help paying attention to Crimean Tatars\u2019 persistence and self-sacrificingness in assertion of their rights. On June 28, 1978 when Musa Mamut exhausted all possibilities to remain in his native land and the attempts were made once again to exile his family from Crimea, he burned himself.
