{"id":40861,"date":"2013-01-12T20:58:00","date_gmt":"2013-01-12T17:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/qtmm.org\/?p=40861"},"modified":"2022-01-26T20:58:32","modified_gmt":"2022-01-26T17:58:32","slug":"5th-session-of-qurultay-of-the-crimean-tatar-people-of-the-5th-convocation-opened-its-work-in-simferopol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qtmm.org\/en\/5th-session-of-qurultay-of-the-crimean-tatar-people-of-the-5th-convocation-opened-its-work-in-simferopol\/","title":{"rendered":"5th Session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar People of the 5th Convocation Opened its Work in Simferopol"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On January 12, 2013 the 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;convocation opened its work in Simferopol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening the 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;convocation the Leader of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Jemilev informed that today 195 delegates of Qurultay are present at the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Qurultay session is attended by the guests from Turkey and Poland. In particular, the human rights advocate, the former member of the Eastern branch of the Fighting underground Solidarity, co-Chairman of the Eastern branch of the Fighting Solidarity, journalist, member of Crimean forum Peter Hlebowich, veterans of the Crimean Tatar national movement, long-term election observers, representing the US NGO &#8220;Committee for Open Democracy&#8221; Michael Getto and Kenneth Briker, the Head of the branch of the Society of culture and mutual assistance of Crimean Tatars in Istanbul Jelyal Ichten, as well as the representatives of Crimean Tatar diaspora in Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The performance of Crimean Tatar national anthem \u201cAnt Etkenmen\u201d and state anthem of Ukraine opened the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Leader of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Jemilev welcomed the delegates of Qurultay and guests of the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mufti of Crimea hajji Emirali Ablaev read the traditional prayer, blessing the work of Qurultay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegates of Qurultay started the election of the working bodies of Qurultay. Apart from Mejlis Leader Mustafa Jemilev the deputies of the Chairman of Mejlis Refat Chubarov, Remzi Ilyasov, Ahtem Chygoz, Head of the Revision Commission of Qurultay Qurtseit Abdullaev and Mufti of Muslims of Crimea hajji Emirali Ablaev were elected to the session\u2019s Presidium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegates of the national convention also adopted the structure of the session\u2019s Secretariat, consisting of Zair Smedlyaev, Elvedin Chubarov, Dilyara Seytvelieva and Beye Ilyasova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the decision of the session Bekir Mamutov, Ali Hamzin, Sinaver Kadyrov, Nariman Jelyal, Refat Chubarov and Shevket Qaybullaev entered the Editorial commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegates of the 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;convocation adopted the agenda of the session.
