They gave him their appeal concerning the raider\u2019s occupation of land of Vilino and Peschanoe village councils by the leadership of the \u201cAgricultural firm Krym\u201d. The document was signed by the shareholders \u2013 residents of Bakhchisaray region, as well as the representatives of the authorities and local self-governance, deputies of all levels of Bakhchisaray region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"http:\/\/qtmm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pc150140.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40574\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qtmm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pc150140.jpg 800w, https:\/\/qtmm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pc150140-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/qtmm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pc150140-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption>OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mentioned appeal was also addressed to the President of Ukraine, the Council of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the General Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada and the Council of Ministers of Crimea. The appeal was signed by more than 600 persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the representatives of the initiative group on December 6, 2012 the meeting of the residents of Bakhchisaray region was held in Vilino village to discuss the sharp conflict between the shareholders and leadership of the local agricultural firm Krym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFor 8 years the \u201cAgricultural firm Krym\u201d has been seeking the cancellation of the decision of Villino and Peschanoe village councils of Bakhchisaray region on allocation of agricultural lands to the collective use in the whole, &#8211; the shareholders told the MP of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev. We get tired of the court trials and \u201cforced road wars\u201d, and we ask to stop the lawlessness against us \u2013 the citizens of Ukraine\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The residents of Bakhchisaray region also informed that for 8 years all their applications and addresses were ignored by all the state and republican bodies. \u201cFurthermore, the \u201cAgricultural firm Krym\u201d does not carry any activity in our land, just wanting to take our land. Our issue went from the juridical into the political sphere long ago, because \u201cthe high-rank state officials stand behind the solution of this issue,\u201d- the shareholders believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Leader of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, MP of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev heard the citizens and assured them that their Appeal will be considered thoroughly and on his part he was going to hold talks and meetings with the state officials of Ukraine to seek the just solution of the land conflict between the shareholders and administration of the \u201dAgricultural firm \u201cKrym\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 17, 2012 the Leader of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, MP of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev received the residents of Bakhchisaray region in the office of Mejlis.
