on holding the 5th<\/sup> session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5th<\/sup> convocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

December 2, 2012                                                                  Simferopol<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having heard the report on the development of the Draft Regulations on the election of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people, having considered the variant, proposed by the Central election commission on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5th<\/sup> convocation, in compliance with the articles 3.3 and 3.4 of the Regulations of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people and Article 4.2 of the Regulations of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mejlis<\/strong>of the Crimean Tatar people decided to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Fix the date of holding the 5th<\/sup> session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5th<\/sup> convocation on January 12, 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Suggest the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people including the consideration and conformation of the Regulations on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people into the agenda of the 5th<\/sup> session of Qurultay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Form the Organizing Board on the preparation of the 5th<\/sup> session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5th<\/sup> convocation, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Publish in \u201cAdvet\u201d newspaper before December 17, 2012 the Draft Regulations on the elections of the delegates of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people, considered by Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people in the reading, proposed by the delegates of Qurultay to be included into the agenda of the 5th<\/sup> session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
