In order to unite the electors \u2013 supporters of the national-democratic forces of Ukraine during the coming on October 28, 2012 elections of the MPs of Ukraine and basing on the results of the talks with the leadership of the political parties that enter the United opposition \u201cBatkivschina\u201d about the situation in the single mandate election districts, the Presidium of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People states as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. The position of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, guiding in the coming elections by the corresponding decisions of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people on the necessity to agree the candidates in the single mandate election districts \u2116 2, \u2116 3 and \u2116 10, that was ignored by the political partners at the initial stage, was taken into consideration to a considerable extent on the eve of the convention of the United opposition \u201cBatkivschina\u201d, held on October 15, 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Being aware of one\u2019s responsibility before the electors, and taking into consideration the readiness of the United opposition \u201cBatkivschina\u201d to support the candidate Ahtem Chiygoz in the single mandate election district \u2116 10, the Presidium of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people recommends Nariman Jelyalov, registered as a candidate to the MPs in the single mandate election district \u2116 2 to withdrawing his candidacy form the elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Presidium of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people expresses its gratitude to Nariman Jelyalov for his strict observance of the decisions of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people and Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people and his preliminary readiness to withdraw his candidacy expressed, in order to unite Crimean Tatar electors during the coming election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, Presidium of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people draws attention of its political partners, first of all the leaders of Crimean branch of Party Batkivschina to the necessity of excluding any discordant, one-sided actions during the election process that could lead to the disorientation of the electors \u2013 supporters of the United opposition \u201cBatkivschina\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Presidium of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people calls all the electors to take an active part in the elections, to be held on October 28, 2012 and support the United opposition \u201cBatkivschina\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
