{"id":31537,"date":"2012-09-07T21:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-09-07T18:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/qtmm.org\/?p=31537"},"modified":"2022-01-21T21:03:01","modified_gmt":"2022-01-21T18:03:01","slug":"international-forum-on-restoration-of-crimean-tatar-peoples-rights-has-been-discussed-by-international-experts-in-hague","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qtmm.org\/en\/international-forum-on-restoration-of-crimean-tatar-peoples-rights-has-been-discussed-by-international-experts-in-hague\/","title":{"rendered":"International Forum on Restoration of Crimean Tatar People\u2019s Rights Has Been Discussed by International Experts in Hague"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OSCE experts are preparing the research and recommendations for the participants of the coming International Forum on restoration of the Crimean Tatar people\u2019s rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OSCE experts are preparing the research and recommendations for the participants of the coming International Forum on restoration of the Crimean Tatar people\u2019s rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 6, 2012 the meeting was held in the office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities (the Hague, Netherlands) in the framework of the preparation to the International Forum on restoration of rights of the Crimean Tatar people in its Homeland, enduring its safety and guarantees for the development in Ukraine, attended by the experts, invited by the OSCE High Commissioner to make the research and prepare the recommendations for the participants of the coming forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"339\" src=\"http:\/\/qtmm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/4_40.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31542\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qtmm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/4_40.jpg 650w, https:\/\/qtmm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/4_40-300x156.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting of the experts was also attended by the First Vice Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov and the Director General of the Charitable Organization \u201cFoundation for the Development of Crimea\u201d Alexei Skorik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Director of the Office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National MinoritiesMs Ilze Brands Kehris addressed the participants of the meeting with an opening speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After that the participants of the meeting heard reports, including the one of Refat Chubarov about the challenges and risks of the preparation to the International forum and started discussing the issues, relating to the research and recommendations that should be prepared by the experts before 2013.
