{"id":28328,"date":"2012-07-17T23:29:00","date_gmt":"2012-07-17T20:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/qtmm.org\/?p=28328"},"modified":"2022-01-19T23:30:26","modified_gmt":"2022-01-19T20:30:26","slug":"draft-law-5515-is-just-first-step-towards-restoration-of-historic-justice-of-crimean-tatar-people-refat-chubarov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qtmm.org\/en\/draft-law-5515-is-just-first-step-towards-restoration-of-historic-justice-of-crimean-tatar-people-refat-chubarov\/","title":{"rendered":"Draft Law #5515 is Just First Step Towards Restoration of Historic Justice of Crimean Tatar People,- Refat Chubarov"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 17, 2012 during the Press Conference that was dedicated to the coming 4<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;session of Qurultay of the Crimean Tatar people of the 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;convocation the First Vice Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov commented on the adoption of the Draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Restoration of the Rights of Persons, Deported on the National Grounds\u201d in the first reading whose author is the Leader of Mejlis, MP of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u201cI\u2019d like to say that the draft law that was adopted in the first reading doesn\u2019t differ much from the one that was adopted by 385 votes in June 2004. At that time I was one of the authors of that draft law. I\u2019d like to say that this draft law is just the first step towards the restoration of the historic justice,\u201d- Refat Chubarov said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also noted that those norms that directly concerned the financial implementation of the law could be prolonged in time so that won\u2019t cause any significant difficulties to the State budget of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We would remind you that on June 20, 2012 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the restoration of the rights of persons, deported on the national grounds\u201d in the first reading and sent it to consideration in the second reading.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The draft law # 5515 was registered in 2012.
