The President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych made such statement at the meeting of the Public Humanitarian Council, held on July 3, 2012,\u00a0the Press Service of the President of Ukraine reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe made certain progress in this field. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law \u201cOn the Restoration of the Rights of Persons, Deported on the National Grounds\u201d in the first reading.
