{"id":25237,"date":"2012-05-18T22:52:00","date_gmt":"2012-05-18T19:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/qtmm.org\/?p=25237"},"modified":"2022-01-18T22:52:41","modified_gmt":"2022-01-18T19:52:41","slug":"on-elimination-of-obstacles-in-return-and-resettlement-of-crimean-tatars-in-legislation-of-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qtmm.org\/en\/on-elimination-of-obstacles-in-return-and-resettlement-of-crimean-tatars-in-legislation-of-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"On Elimination of Obstacles in Return and Resettlement of Crimean Tatars in Legislation of Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To President of Ukraine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Members of the Parliament of Ukraine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Council of Ministers of Ukraine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resolution of the&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>All-Crimean mourning meeting,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>commemorating the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people \u2013 the deportation May 18, 1944 and the decades of forcible keeping in the places of exile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>On Elimination&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>of Obstacles<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>in Return and Resettlement of Crimean Tatars in Legislation of Ukraine<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and coming into effect the Law of Ukraine \u2116 4220-VI, December 22, 2011 \u201cOn amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine, on the increasing of responsibility and improvement of the state regulation in the field of the municipal construction\u201d the new insurmountable obstacles were created to the return and resettlement of Crimean Tatars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, tens of thousands of Crimean Tatar families have been doing their utmost fro the last 10 \u2013 15 years to finish the construction of their houses in more than 300 Crimean Tatar settlements, without any state support. There is no their fault that they have to live in the unfinished houses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, in accordance with the norms of the law, mentioned above since January 1, 2013 they are threatened with huge fines and other sanctions in case of setting into operation of the houses where the families of the builders are living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, tens of thousands Crimean Tatar families that returned to Crimea, suffering great deprivation and having no support of the state are subjected again this time to legalized robbery and racketeering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We, the participants of the All-Crimean mourning meeting, commemorating the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people \u2013 the deportation May 18, 1944 and the decades of forcible keeping in the places of exile, insistently call the President of Ukraine, MPs of Ukraine, the Council of Ministers of Ukraine to take the urgent measures to make amendments into the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine, on the increasing of responsibility and improvement of the state regulation in the field of the municipal construction\u201d providing special order of construction and putting into operation of the individual houses for Crimean Tatars that return to Crimea that would exclude the excessive expenses and other payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Adopted on the All-Crimean mourning meeting,&nbsp;<\/em><em>commemorating the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people \u2013 the deportation May 18, 1944 and the decades of forcible keeping in the places of exile<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Simferopol<\/em><em>, May 18, 2012<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To President of Ukraine Members of the Parliament of Ukraine Council of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution of the&nbsp;All-Crimean mourning meeting, commemorating the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people \u2013 the deportation May 18, 1944 and the decades of forcible keeping in the places of exile On Elimination&nbsp;of Obstaclesin Return and Resettlement of [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-25237","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-news"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
