The anthem of the Crimean Tatar people

On June 30, 1991, the Crimean Tatar Kurultai adopted the song Ant Etkenmen (“I Have Sworn”), written by Noman Çelebicihan, as the national anthem.

Nasıl olsun bu zavallı qardaşlarım çürüsin?
Onlar içün ökünmesem, qayğırmasam, yaşasam,
Yüregimde qara qanlar qaynamasın, qurusın!

Ant etkenmen, şu qaranğı yurtqa şavle sepmege,
Nasıl olsun eki qardaş bir-birini körmesin?
Bunı körip buvsanmasam, muğaymasam, yanmasam,
Közlerimden aqqan yaşlar derya-deñiz qan olsun!

Ant etkenmen, söz bergenmen millet içün ölmege,
Bilip, körip milletimniñ közyaşını silmege.
Bilmey, körmey biñ yaşasam, Qurultaylı han olsam,
Kene bir kün mezarcılar kelir meni kömmege.

The national flag of the Crimean Tatars

The national flag of the Crimean Tatars is a sky-blue banner with a golden taraq tamğa (crest emblem) in the upper left corner, which is the ancestral symbol of the Giray dynasty, the ruling house of the Crimean Khanate.
